Shipping and Exchanges
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed, depending on the country of origin. Shipping to Thailand takes 1-3 working days with Kerry Express and 3-5 working days for international orders with DHL Express. It may take up to 2-3 weeks for pre-order items to be shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Promotional periods
Items purchased during a flash sale with a discount or promotional code are only eligible for exchange or store credit. There will be no refunds. This is subject to the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Returns will only be processed if they are authorized. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for arranging collection of their garment.

We are not responsible for the shipping costs associated with these items. You can return it using any carrier as long as you have proof of receipt or a tracking number. Please send an email with your order number, name, and address, as well as the tracking number/receipt, to
imnotamorningperson.official@gmail.com. We'd appreciate it if you could tell us why you're returning or exchanging something.
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
Exchanges
Please allow 7–10 business days from the time we receive your return at our warehouse for our team to process the exchange. Once your exchange has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Please note that we do not offer returns for refunds at this time. We only accept size exchanges for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges are limited to one per order.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including the cost of returning the item to our warehouse and the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.
When purchasing a return shipping label, please ensure that the package is marked as a “return” to avoid additional customs charges. However, if any taxes, duties, or customs fees are incurred, these charges will be the responsibility of the sender or the original customer.
Please also note the following conditions:
• Items must be new, unused, and with the original tags still attached
• Sale items or items purchased with any discount are not eligible for exchange
• Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the return is received and processed by our warehouse team
• All returned items will be inspected before the exchange is approved

Duties and customs
Most customs and import duties are levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. The only exceptions are parcels sent to Brazil, India, Israel, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
However, as your order passes through customs, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes. ANY TAXES, DUTIES, OR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH A PARCEL MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the cost because customs policies and import duties differ greatly from country to country.
It may be a good idea to check with your local customs office for current charges before placing your order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.
If a package is refused by the recipient, it will be considered abandoned and no refund or exchange will be issued.
